ハンカチーフに注目してみると、素敵な人は綺麗なハンカチーフを持っており、素敵な人は身にまとうものに清潔感があるから素敵に感じるのだと気づきました。それ以来、私も意識的にハンカチーフを持つようになりました。身近なハンカチーフへの意識を少し変えるだけで自分の気分をあげたり、他者からの見え方にも変化があるのだと実感しています。

When I looked at handkerchiefs, I noticed that nice people had beautiful handkerchiefs. I realized that nice people feel nice because of the cleanliness of what they wear. Since then, I have consciously started carrying a handkerchief. I have realized that just by carrying a familiar handkerchief around, I can improve my mood and the way others see me.
