以前の私にとって、ハンカチーフは手を拭くためのものでしかありませんでした。
そのため、持っていくのを忘れたり、柄もこだわらずに子供向けのようなものを使っていました。
しかし、高校2年生の時におしゃれなレースのハンカチーフで手を拭いている友人の姿がいつもより大人っぽく美しく見えました。何気ない持ち物1つでも、おしゃれで優雅なものはその人をより良く見せることができるのだと強く感じました。

In the past, for me, a handkerchief was only for wiping my hands.Therefore, I was either forgetting to bring it with me or used something that looked like it was made for children without caring about how it looks.
However, when I was a sophomore in high school, I saw my friend wiping her hands with a stylish lace handkerchief, looking more mature and beautiful than usual. I strongly felt that even one casual possession, something fashionable and elegant, can make a person look better.
